LJ has spent most of his life writing, both commercially as a copywriter and as a journalist.

​

He grew up in Mooloolaba, a small fishing and farming town on the Queensland coast of Australia, where interests like reading and writing were viewed with deep suspicion.

​

He spent a number of years as an intelligence officer in the Australian army, and would write a book about his experiences, if he thought anyone would believe them, including misplacing a sixty-ton main battle tank. 

​

He now lives in Nottinghamshire and harbours a secret desire to become the Sherriff of Nottingham one day.

​

The Zombie Dialogues, is his latest offering and he has two more waiting in the wings.
